Mathry

Ty Mathry Cottage  is situated adjacent to the village green in the heart of Mathry, which is a small picturesque hilltop village with far-reaching views of the coast. Mathry has a good, friendly pub which serves hearty food, as well as an award-winning tea-room, post office, wood-turners and parish church. Abermawr Beach is a short stroll away through the beautiful bluebell woods.  The Preseli Mountains and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path are both within walking distance of Ty Mathry Cottage, making it an ideal base to explore the beautiful national park of North Pembrokeshire.

Nearby is Strumble Head with excellent bird, seal and porpoise watching, whilst Fishguard and St. David’s  are within easy reach. A regular bus service (The “Strumble Shuttle”) runs through the village connecting Fishguard, St Davids, Haverfordwest and surrounding coastline.
